Our Classes

FnM Fitness is a class all about creativity and high energy calorie burning. We want to inspire you to live more by dancing more! Our class has 3 levels - low impact, medium energy and high energy, in our class you can do the class at the level that's best for you. Come and connect with others who share the same desires as you. Our aim is to get you fit and have fun while doing it, all our classes are in the dark so you can be comfortable to know nobody will be looking at you (which I found was a common worry when I use to go to the gym!). So build your confidence as well as your fitness level with FnM Fitness.

Our Concept

We didn't want to follow the typical fitness classes, that's what makes Clubbercise different. Clubbercise fitness class, it's a growing dance fitness craze! Everything takes place in a darkened room with disco lights and glow-sticks, set to club classic tracks from the 90s to now, some examples of some dances we have songs to are:

The Atmosphere

We've been told our class “feels more like a night out than a work-out". By using the darkened room and glow sticks as well as disco lights we try to create nightclub like atmosphere. It's always relaxed yet high energy, everybody is there for the same reason - to get fit and maintain your new fitness lifestyle!

The Class Energy

Each and every one of our instructors are passionate about fitness. It’s a passion that comes through in every dance class and workshop, bringing positive energy and excitement into every moment in the class. You’ll leave our classes feeling buoyant and more energetic than you felt when you walked in.

Regular Clubber

This is for one 60 minute clubbercise class please allow one hour for the class as we interact and have fun in our sessions taking it up to an hour. You will need to buy a pair of reusable Clubbercise Glow sticks to join in this class. This is a compulsory part of Clubbercise under my licence agreement. You will not be able to join in without them. If you don’t have glow sticks from other Clubbercise classes please choose £11 combined ticket for your first class as we do not stock used sticks.

New To Clubbercise / Combined Ticket For Class (Includes Glowsticks)

This combined ticket is for a 45minute Clubbercise worth £6 and also includes a pair of Reusable Clubbercise Official Glow sticks which cost £5 a pair Please allow one hour for the class as we interact with you and need to do a safety check before class. These glow sticks are part of our licence and are compulsory to take part in our classes. You will need these to take part and you can bring them with you each week. They last about 10 weeks or more. If you already have clubbercise glow sticks just bring them with you and you pay just for your class entry.

11th Class Free VIP Ticket Only (select this is if you already have a full VIP Stamp card)

Only select this free class if you already have a loyalty card with all the stamps completed in order to exchange for your free class. If your card is not full you will be required to pay the full price of £6 If you are brand new to Clubbercise you will get a card at the door for your first stamp.
